Mr. Hendry is one of approximately 50 real estate professionals in the State of Florida to have obtained both the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. He is heavily involved in the local and state real estate industry and currently serves as the 2007 President of the Real Estate Investment Society(REIS) and serves as the 2007 Vice President of the Appraisal Institute, West Coast Florida Chapter. Mr. Hendry holds a Masters degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Finance major from the University of Florida.
