A native of Indiana, Jacob moved to Lee County in 2000. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and began working at Maxwell & Hendry Valuation Services, Inc. in 2007. Additionally, Jacob is a general Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the Real Estate Investment Society. Jacob currently lives in Fort Myers with his wife and daughter.
